Cancellation Policy
• 75 % refund up to 1 hour before the session starts. No refund within the last hour before the session. An appointment can be rescheduled individually every time though for free.
Refund Policy
This means you can get a full refund if you cancel at least one hour before the session. However, if you cancel within the last hour before the session, no refund will be provided.
