Many people underestimate their body as a vessel and instrument of divine energy. And many no longer truly touch—neither physically nor mentally. Connecting Touch brings you back into connection—with your body, your mind, and with others. Touch can open. Touch can heal. It can soften and even melt someone from within. After years of practice as a body therapist, working with healing arts like Thai Yoga Massage and Shiatsu, I now share my deep experience in both theory and hands-on practice. I offer individual, couples, and group sessions and workshops in: Laying on of hands: Learn how to open and hold space, work with energy, and touch another person in a conscious, healing way. How do you create connection to deep emotions? How do you allow feelings to be present—without judgment—and still protect your own energetic boundaries? Massage: You’ll learn practical massage techniques to treat your partner, friends, or family. A connective experience where you learn to sense energy, link body and soul, feel others with presence, and use the body as a gateway into meditation. Thai Yoga Massage and Deep Tissue training: If you’re ready to go deeper and want to learn concrete tools to work with people professionally, you can take a personalized Thai Yoga Massage training (including certification). In this training, we work with Thai yoga massage, deep tissue techniques, breath and intuitive energy work. It is a return to the wisdom that lives in your fascia, your spine, your hips, your skin. The body stores memory, pain, trauma, life force. When we touch it with presence and intention, we awaken all layers of being – from muscle to soul. Thai Yoga Massage draws from Shiatsu, acupressure, meridian flow and passive yoga postures. It’s rhythmic, deep, and opens your joints and energetic channels. Deep Tissue targets tension, uncovers emotion, and restores flow – layer by layer. Connecting Touch a deep ritual. It can be intense, and liberating – and you don’t need to talk. The body speaks its own language. All classes and sessions can be booked individually. Sessions and classes in person take place at your home or in the Garden of Light. To participate in the training, you only need a partner to work with—someone who is open to being the “receiver” of the practice. This person, of course, attends free of charge. Aside from the full training, the classes are also available online. Even through a screen, I can see and feel the energy of touch.
