About Golden Tiger Spirit
Golden Tiger Spirit is a dynamic process. The tiger, my spirit animal, symbolizes this journey for me: courage, clarity, and silent strength. And with it comes a spark of wildness and untamed spirit. It is from this place that Golden Tiger Spirit was born - a space for authenticity, healing, and transformation.
I have walked a long path to bring my current work into the world after 15 years of experience - and as I grow, my work continues to evolve with me.
Shamanism is my calling; life itself has made me a modern-day shaman.
Golden Tiger Spirit, in the modern sense, stands for the energy I am working with and wholeness expressed in a contemporary way, weaving together different traditions of healing. I work especially with healing plants from Peru and Europe, draw upon South American energy work, and combine this with alternative healing methods from Eastern cultures, such as meditation, inner tantra, acupressure, and yoga.
I work with people online - worldwide - and I also offer my work in person on Ibiza.
Meet Me
​I was born and raised in northern Germany. After studying psychology, ethnology and literature in Munich, I set off on a long journey across South America, the US, the Caribbean and Europe - driven by a hunger for freedom, depth and truth. Along the way, I immersed myself in plant medicine, shamanic initiations, inner tantra and ancient ways of knowing.
I trained 7 years in Shamanism (private training with two shamans, infinity - retreats Costa Rica), became Yoga teacher (Patrick Broome, Munich), and did trainings in Shiatsu (ESI München - Europäisches Shiatsu - Institut), Thai yoga massage (Krishnatakis, Sunshine House Greece), aromatherapy (Primavera Life GmbH) and holistic nutrition. My path also includes professional training in medical foundations (Terramedus - Academy for Health in Germany).​
Life itself has been my greatest teacher. Through it, I have healed myself from a deep schizophrenia, raised my son on my own, and walked through painful relationships that have shaped me in profound ways. Every challenge has carved me into the person I am today - strong, grounded, and deeply connected to my inner truth.
Today, I share what life has given me - guided by a deep inner call. This work is not something I do, it is who I am.
